- “Products” refers to new, used, Euro, block, heat-treated, and custom wooden pallets.
- “Services” refers to pallet supply, manufacturing, and delivery.
Products and Services
Rehman Pallets Ltd supplies new and recycled wooden pallets, including Euro pallets, block pallets, No. 1 and No. 2 pallets, and custom-manufactured pallets. We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate; however, minor variations in dimensions, appearance, or wood grade may occur due to the nature of wooden products.
Pricing and Quotes
- All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary depending on quantity, pallet condition, customization, and current market availability.
- Quotes provided are valid for the period stated in the quote and are subject to change thereafter.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
Orders and Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
- Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of order. Full or partial payment may be required before delivery.
- Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the ordering process.
Delivery
- We provide pallet delivery across Surrey, Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Langley, Delta, Coquitlam, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, and surrounding areas in the Lower Mainland.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to order size, location, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
- Delivery charges, if applicable, will be confirmed at the time of order.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
Custom Orders
Custom pallets are manufactured to the specifications provided by the customer, including dimensions, weight capacity, and quantity. Once a custom order is confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the products are defective or do not meet the agreed specifications.
Returns and Refunds
- Due to the nature of wooden pallet products, returns are accepted only for defective or incorrectly supplied items.
- Any product issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Custom-manufactured pallets are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.
- Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Product Warranty and Quality
We take pride in supplying quality, inspected wooden pallets. While we ensure our products meet reasonable industry standards, wooden pallets are subject to natural wear, and we do not guarantee suitability for every specific use unless expressly agreed in writing.
Heat-treated pallets for international shipping are supplied in accordance with applicable ISPM 15 standards where specified.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Rehman Pallets Ltd and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rehman Pallets Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, services, or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rehman Pallets Ltd, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of our products, services, or website, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
